You may begin your tour at any of our 'participating' venues. Just check the map and decide where you want to start your tour and where you would like to end. Times are from 1:00-5:00pm.
Each venue will have their 'preferred vendors' on site so make sure you bring your appointment book because you're going to want to set up appointments with the vendors you like. Think of this as your 'One Stop Venue/Vendor Shopping Trip!'
Once you get to your first location you'll register (if you have not done so online), pick up your map and Treasure Hunt booklet.
We are giving away one very special 'Grand Prize' and in order to qualify, you'll need to visit each venue, answer their Treasure Hunt question, and get your booklet stamped. Once you've visited every venue and answered all the questions, you can drop your booklet off at your last location. When we have collected all the booklets from each venue, made sure all the questions are answered correctly, we'll then pick our Grand Prize winner. You do not need to be present to win. We will contact you via phone or email...then post your name(s) on our 'Celebrate Coloma Weddings' facebook page.
In addition, each of the venues will be giving away their own prizes, so you'll want to make sure you register at each of the venues you tour so you can be in the running for vendor prizes as well.
We're proud to be benefiting 'Wish Upon A Wedding'. At each venue you'll be able to watch their award winning video and make a donation to the world's first non-profit wish-granting organization providing weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness and serious life altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation. Please open your hearts and help us support this valuable organization. Thank you!
Also, 'Real Weddings' will have their booth at one of our venues. So make sure you stop by to meet Miss Wendy and register for a chance to be chosen as a cover model for one of their upcoming issues. This is a very coveted honor so make sure to check back to find out which venue 'Real Weddings' will be at because you won't want to miss out on this chance of a lifetime!
And ladies, here's a suggestion:
If you're bringing your groom along, you might want to drop him off at the Sierra Nevada House (corner of Hwy 49 and Lotus Rd) for some 'Guy Time'. Howard will have a game on the 'Big Screen,' brews and snacks on hand all day. And, once your fella is settled in for some 'guy fun', you and your girls can make your way leisurely through the tour.
